Julián Ríos

Board Member

Julián Ríos was born in Colombia and has spent years working alongside Philadelphia's Latino community. He is a Project Coordinator at Rhino Engineering Solutions and previously served as Bilingual Collective Impact Coordinator at Ceiba, supporting Latino-led nonprofits across housing, economic development, and civic engagement. He is also a Board Member at the Providence Center and serves on the Philadelphia Mayor's Office of Latino Engagement Advisory Committee. Raised in an immigrant household where service and resilience were daily values, Julián brings lived experience, bilingual fluency, and a deep belief in the power of community to every role. He is honored to serve on the Acción Colombia Board of Directors and to contribute to the organization's mission of empowering the Latino community across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware.
