Jael Conde is a dynamic bi-lingual marketing professional with proven results in creating innovative marketing campaigns. She is currently the Director of Community Marketing at Mendoza Group. She served as the regional sales director for National Coffee Park in Colombia, where she is originally from. She was also social media director for El Sol Latino newspaper and marketing director for El Zol Radio 97.1 FM, both in Philadelphia. Jael is a master of planning and implementing unique and effective creative solutions to connect brands. A Rutgers University graduate, she recently completed the Disney Institute’s Approach to Leadership Excellence program and is working on her master’s degree in business, management, and marketing at Harvard Extension School. During her free time, Jael crews for Anthony Robbins Research International, and serves as a board member of the Hispanic Leadership Association of New Jersey and Accion Colombia, as Marketing Director of the Latin American Book Fair.
