María del Pilar Rodríguez is a Colombian author, actress, and financial services professional based in Pennsylvania. Her work focuses on empowering the Latino community through education, culture, and economic development.

She is the author of the children’s book *De los Cuentos a las Cuentas*, an initiative that promotes financial education for children and families. Professionally, she is part of Opulencia Financial Group, where she helps individuals, families, and business owners access financial services and strategies to build a more solid and secure financial future.

María is actively involved in community and business organizations in the region. She is a member of the Association of Mexican Entrepreneurs in Philadelphia, has served as a member of the Norristown Chamber of Commerce, and is part of the organizing committee for the Philadelphia Latin American Book Fair.

She currently serves as President of Acción Colombia, where she leads initiatives that strengthen ties between the Colombian and Latin American communities through cultural, educational, and civic engagement programs. Her work focuses on promoting leadership, preserving and celebrating the cultural richness of our community, and creating opportunities for collaboration and growth in the tri-state region of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware.
